PRAIRIE GROVE — Prairie Grove celebrated Colors Day on Friday prior to basketball games against visiting Pea Ridge.
All classes were represented in the Colors Day court including freshmen, sophomores, juniors and seniors.
Freshman maid, Avery Burgess, daughter of Betsy Mealer and Rick Burgess, escorted by Brinden Bristow, grandson of Dennis and Sharon Carte; and Carl Von Bergen, son of Guy and Lorevic Von Bergen.
Freshman maid, Madison Dye, daughter of Donny and Jackie Dye, escorted by Noah Ceniceros, son of Steve and Stephanie Ceniceros; and Josh Rubin, son of Shannon Wolf.
Sophomore maid Mariah Halbert, daughter of Steve and Lissa Halbert, escorted by Blake Gardner, son of Allen and Janet Gardner; and Ethan Gross, son of Jerald and Cori Gross.

Announcer Doug Smith invited those in attendance to rise in honor of 2019 Colors Day Queen, Rebekah Bostain.
Rebekah Bostain is the daughter of Keith and Elise Bostain. She was escorted by the captains for Friday’s game: James Millwood, son of Roger and Angie Uher; and Riley Rhodes, son of Ben Rhodes and Gloria Barnes.
Smith also introduced attendants: Lanee Frisard, daughter of Leon and Johnna Frisard; and Gabriel Baker, son of Elizabeth Baker.
