The two-year old yoga stu­dio aims to cul­ti­vate unique as­pects of moun­tain liv­ing in­clud­ing strength, courage, cu­rios­ity, and dis­cern­ment. Founder Julie Clarke has a mas­ter's de­gree in ayurveda and of­fers ayurvedic well­ness con­sul­ta­tions along­side reg­u­lar yoga classes that pri­mar­ily fo­cus on in­te­grated vinyasa. There are three types of class: Root (slow flow), Ig­nite (en­er­giz­ing) and El­e­vate (ad­vanced). Stu­dents are treated to an amaz­ing view of the moun­tains through floor-to-ceil­ing win­dows and teach­ers are highly qual­i­fied - Ellen Miller, the restora­tive yoga teacher, was the first Amer­i­can woman to sum­mit Mt. Ever­est from both sides.
