Established in Santa Fe in 1972, Gerald Peters Gallery relocated to the historic Bandelier House in 2015. With a focus on specially curated exhibitions in the areas of naturalism, Western realism and classic to contemporary Western art, the Gerald Peters Gallery is home to over one hundred artists working in a variety of disciplines. Committed to the work of artists who have enriched the cultural history of the American West, the gallery represents numerous estates from the Santa Fe Art Colony artists and works to showcase modernism in the region with notable exhibitions featuring Georgia O’keeffe, John Sloan and other celebrated artists.
Upcoming exhibitions include Crosscurrents, which opens June 15 and features the works of
Peregrine O’gormley, Penelope Gottlieb and
James Prosek. It remains on view through July
14. On view at the same time as Crosscurrents is Collected Works: Selections from the Estate of Phyllis Sloane, which features approximately 25 works from Sloane.
