Es­tab­lished in Santa Fe in 1972, Ger­ald Peters Gallery re­lo­cated to the his­toric Ban­de­lier House in 2015. With a fo­cus on spe­cially cu­rated ex­hi­bi­tions in the ar­eas of nat­u­ral­ism, Western real­ism and clas­sic to con­tem­po­rary Western art, the Ger­ald Peters Gallery is home to over one hun­dred artists work­ing in a va­ri­ety of dis­ci­plines. Com­mit­ted to the work of artists who have en­riched the cul­tural his­tory of the Amer­i­can West, the gallery rep­re­sents nu­mer­ous es­tates from the Santa Fe Art Colony artists and works to show­case modernism in the re­gion with no­table ex­hi­bi­tions fea­tur­ing Ge­or­gia O’ke­effe, John Sloan and other cel­e­brated artists.

Up­com­ing ex­hi­bi­tions in­clude Cross­cur­rents, which opens June 15 and fea­tures the works of

Pere­grine O’gorm­ley, Pene­lope Got­tlieb and

James Prosek. It re­mains on view through July

14. On view at the same time as Cross­cur­rents is Col­lected Works: Selec­tions from the Es­tate of Phyl­lis Sloane, which fea­tures ap­prox­i­mately 25 works from Sloane.
