Camp Joshua Inc., 9345 WPA Road, 611 Wayne Willines Road Priority violations:

Food workers must wash hands between task changes. Dishwasher must wash hands prior to handling clean dishes.

Harps Deli/Bakery, 300 S. Gentry Blvd. Priority violations:

Employees were not able to tell me if the facility uses time or temperatur­e as a safety control. Food in the hot case was not at 135°F or above. (Employees working just arrived for new shift.) Unit may have been turned off. All food in the hot case was destroyed. Unit turned on and temperatur­es of food will be monitored. Non priority violations:

Cases of food stored on the floor in the dairy walk-in cooler. Store all food at least 6 inches off the floor.

Kung Fu Eggroll, 24658 Lamphear Road Priority violations:

Maintain cold food at 41°F or below. Do not hold spread past lunch service. Spread was made this morning before lunch.

Non priority violations:

Refrigerat­or is not sufficient enough to maintain cold food at 41°F or below.

June 29 Sleepy Hollow Store Bakery,

12761 South Highway 59 Non priority violations:

Measuring cups, measuring spoons and scoops stored with handle in the product in some of the bulk dry baking ingredient­s. When storing utensils in food items, store them handle up out of the product.

Condensati­on leak in the walk-in cooler. Service call has been made.
