GEN­TRY — An­thony Wil­liams, 50, of S. Giles Ave. in Gen­try, was ar­rested in connection with felony theft of prop­erty on Thurs­day, ac­cord­ing to Gen­try po­lice.

Wil­liams was ar­rested in connection with the theft of a ve­hi­cle and $1,500 cash from the home of a Gen­try res­i­dent where he was stay­ing, ac­cord­ing to an af­fi­davit of prob­a­ble cause.

He was also be­ing held in the Ben­ton County Jail with­out bond on Mon­day in connection with felony out-of­s­tate pa­role vi­o­la­tion, ac­cord­ing to the Ben­ton County Jail web­site.

An April 30 court date has been set in the Ben­ton County Cir­cuit Court, Di­vi­sion I, in connection with the theft charges.

Other ar­rests Ben­ton County Sher­iff’s Of­fice

■ Justin Car­rol Smith, 27, of 208 2nd Ave. in Gravette, was ar­rested Fri­day in connection with ter­ror­is­tic threat­en­ing. Smith was be­ing held Satur­day in the Ben­ton County Jail on $25,000 bond.

■ Hec­tor Galileo Aguirre, 19, of 233 Grant Springs Drive in Decatur, was ar­rested Thurs­day in connection with pos­ses­sion with in­tent to de­liver metham­phetamine or co­caine and pos­ses­sion of drug para­pher­na­lia. Aguirre was be­ing held Fri­day in the Ben­ton County Jail with no bond set.
