Gravette Clinic helps stu­dents pre­pare for spring sports

GRAVETTE — As spring sports get un­der­way, the Ozarks Com­mu­nity Hospi­tal Gravette Clinic is help­ing Gravette stu­dents pre­pare for a healthy sea­son with free sports phys­i­cals.

For stu­dents out­side of the Gravette school system, phys­i­cals will be $15.

Sports phys­i­cals are for chil­dren ages 5 to 18. They help de­ter­mine the readi­ness of stu­dent-ath­letes to par­tic­i­pate and are re­quired prior to in­volve­ment in school ath­let­ics or other com­pet­i­tive sports, in­clud­ing Mighty Mites.

To sched­ule a sports phys­i­cal, call 479-7875221. Phys­i­cals are avail­able by ap­point­ment, Mon­day-Fri­day.

OCH Gravette Clinic of­fers fam­ily prac­tice, po­di­a­try, psy­chi­a­try, psy­chol­ogy, pe­di­atrics, long-term care and ath­letic train­ing ser­vices.
