Decatur, Gentry fare well in Blackhawk Relays

PEA RIDGE — Both Gentry and Decatur boys’ and girls’ track teams fared well during the April 5 Blackhawk Invitation­al Relays track meet at Blackhawk Stadium in Pea Ridge. This was a chance for athletes from both schools to qualify for the state track meet coming up in May.

In addition to Decatur and Gentry, 19 track teams, including Pea Ridge, Greenland, Farmington, Siloam Springs, Elkins, West Fork and 11 other schools from around Arkansas, competed.
