No sanitizer was being dispensed at the three-compartment sink. Cooked chicken strips were at 98 degrees, must be cooked to 178 degrees as per the manufacturer’s instructions. Chicken strips, burritos and sausage biscuits were not at 135 degrees or above in hot holding. Foods were not date marked as needed.
