New CEO an­nounced at SSRH

SPRING­DALE — Adam Bracks, PT, MBA, has ac­cepted the po­si­tion of CEO for Siloam Springs Re­gional Hos­pi­tal, ef­fec­tive Nov. 26, ac­cord­ing to Den­ten Park, Mar­ket Chief Ex­ec­u­tive Of­fi­cer for North­west Health. Bracks comes to the five-hos­pi­tal net­work from Al­lianceHealth Semi­nole in Semi­nole, Okla., where he has served as CEO since 2016.

With more than 17 years of health­care lead­er­ship ex­pe­ri­ence, Bracks is an ac­com­plished leader. Prior to join­ing Al­lianceHealth, he served as CEO of South­east­HEALTH Cen­ter of Stod­dard County in Dex­ter, Mo. He also has sig­nif­i­cant clin­i­cal ex­pe­ri­ence, serv­ing as direc­tor of re­ha­bil­i­ta­tion ser­vices as well as oc­cu­pa­tional medicine and pri­mary care at SkyRidge Med­i­cal Cen­ter in Cleve­land, Tenn.

He earned a bach­e­lor’s de­gree in phys­io­ther­apy from Curtin Univer­sity of Tech­nol­ogy in Perth, Aus­tralia, and a se­nior ex­ec­u­tive master’s de­gree in busi­ness ad­min­is­tra­tion from the Univer­sity of Ten­nessee.

Bracks has been an ac­tive mem­ber in the com­mu­ni­ties he has served, pro­vid­ing lead­er­ship as a board mem­ber for the state chap­ter of the Ac­count­able Care Or­ga­ni­za­tion, as well as serv­ing as a mem­ber of Ro­tary Club and the Cham­ber of Com­merce.

He and his wife Cather­ine, who moved to the United States from Aus­tralia 20 years ago, are ex­cited about mov­ing to Siloam Springs with their two sons, Luke, 15, and Ian, 12.
