Crit­i­cal vi­o­la­tions: The slicer needs cleaning. The hot dis­play case was not main­tain­ing food tem­per­a­tures of 135 degrees or above. Foods were not date-marked as needed, re­peat vi­o­la­tion. Spray bot­tles of chem­i­cals were not la­beled or were not stored in the cor­rect bot­tle.
