Terry Daniel Dunfee

Terry Daniel Dunfee died suddenly at his residence in Noel, Mo., on Sunday, Oct. 23, 2022.

He was born on Aug. 15, 1950, in Sulphur Springs, Ark., to Clarence Renrick Dunfee and Mary Katherine Click. He graduated from Gravette High School in 1968. He served in the U.S. Army from April 21, 1970, until he was discharged on October 23, 1971, due to his father’s illness. While in the Army, he earned the National Defense Service Medal. Terry was also co-owner of Dunfee Logging Company with his brother, Bill Dunfee.

He was preceded in death by two siblings, Vicky Dunfee and Johnny Dunfee.

He is survived by his wife of 50 years, Lani Thomas Dunfee; brother, Bill Dunfee; two sisters, Judy McClelland and Nancy Overturf; daughter, Tonia Dunfee Moon; son, Charles Dunfee; grandchild­ren, Austin Moon, Andrew Moon, Madison Dunfee Vandorn, Alyssa Dunfee; and great-granddaugh­ter, Dovie Eleanor Moon.

A celebratio­n of life will be announced at a later date.
