Cleo Gene Baker
Cleo Gene Baker, 80, of Gentry, died Nov. 23, 2022, in Centerton.
He was born on Jan. 21, 1942, to Desmond Baker and Leona Baker in Decatur. He married Gene Ada Craig in Miami, Okla., on Sept. 20, 1965. He enjoyed hunting, guns and tinkering with cars.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Gene Ada Baker; his parents, Desmond and Leona Baker; a son, Bobby Baker; three daughters, Betty Baker, Leona “Sissy” Baker, and Sandra Miller; a grandson, Ryder Miller; five brothers; and one sister.
He is survived by his children, Billy Baker and wife Beth of Gentry, and LeAda Bowman and husband Mike of Jay, Okla; 17 grandchildren, Katie Barker, Amanda Baker, Kendall Glasby, Autumn Baker, Robert Baker, Rachel Baker, Levi Bowman, Halie Bowman Silva, Jenni Gregg, Trevor Bowman, Richard Bowman, Angel Dozier, Austin Dozier, Drake Dozier, Warren Dozier, Emily, and Lyle; and eleven great-grandchildren.
A visitation was held from 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 29, at Wasson Funeral Home in Siloam Springs. A graveside service was held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, Nov. 30, at Coffelt Cemetery in Mason Valley. To sign the online guestbook, visit www.wassonfuneralhome. com.
