The sec­ond Fri­day of each month is even more spe­cial when Lāhainā Town holds its Maui Town Party from 5 - 9 p.m. The Wharf pro­vides it all—shop­ping with great spe­cials, din­ing at so many dif­fer­ent restau­rants with in­ter­na­tional fla­vors from which to choose, live en­ter­tain­ment, an in­ter­net cafe and firstrun movies.

Fol­low­ing the Keiki Pa­rade down Front Street, The Wharf cel­e­brates 35 years of Ghoul­ish Galas! The 35th An­nual Ghoul­ish Gala Karaoke Cos­tume Con­test will start at 6 p.m.; with reg­is­tra­tion start­ing at 5 p.m. There will be open mic from 5 to 6 p.m. Whether it’s a haunted house or a spir­ited dis­play, The Wharf is the place to be in Lāhainā Town. Ad­mis­sion and reg­is­tra­tion are FREE.

Be­fore Santa ar­rives, the day is filled with chil­dren’s ac­tiv­i­ties and en­ter­tain­ment un­der the Banyan Tree from 9 a.m. In the evening, hun­dreds of peo­ple gather for the si­mul­ta­ne­ous light­ing of the Banyan Tree, The Wharf Cinema Cen­ter and the Pi­o­neer Inn, of­fi­cially wel­com­ing the hol­i­day sea­son at 6:30 p.m. En­ter­tain­ment at The Wharf may be en­joyed im­me­di­ately af­ter the light­ing takes place. The cel­e­bra­tion con­tin­ues un­der the Banyan Tree on Sun­day, Dec. 2. Ad­mis­sion is FREE.
