Des­ti­na­tions like The Stock­yards— founded in 1947—and fam­ily-owned Rustler’s Rooste Steak­house keep to West­ern tra­di­tions and serve up hearty steaks in­side digs with plenty of char­ac­ter, while juicy steaks and chops are served pool­side on the rooftop at Do­minick’s Steak­house and in front of a stun­ning sun­set view at J&G Steak­house.
