But this Dierks Le­mon­ade from Dierks Bent­ley’s Whiskey Row (three Val­ley lo­ca­tions; www.dierk­swhiskey row.com) is no child­hood thirst quencher. The pop­u­lar live mu­sic and res­tau­rant venue shared its recipe so you can toast to sum­mer no mat­ter where you are.

Dierks Le­mon­ade

1.5 oz. Jack Daniels .75 oz. sim­ple syrup .75 oz. le­mon juice 1/2 le­mon­ade 1/2 soda wa­ter Hand­ful of rasp­ber­ries Put three rasp­ber­ries in a mix­ing glass, then add .75 oz. sim­ple syrup and .75 oz. le­mon juice. Mud­dle. Add ice and 1.5 oz. of Jack Daniels into a mix­ing glass and shake un­til chilled. Strain over fresh ice into a ma­son jar and top off with half le­mon­ade and half soda wa­ter.
