Dude, cooking with steam is so much more interestin­g than air frying. It also delivers sousvide-style results without the water bath and bags. In addition to a convection mode, it can bake and broil like a normal oven. Steam is a bread maker’s best friend.


Testing revealed a couple of physical problems like fiddly touch control and hairline cracks in the water tank. It’s a countertop behemoth. —Joe Ray
