The Mil­wau­kee Reper­tory The­ater presents Un­til the Flood, an ex­plo­ration of the St. Louis re­gion’s re­ac­tions to the shoot­ing of Michael Brown in Fer­gu­son, Mis­souri. Pulitzer Prize fi­nal­ist Dael Or­lan­der­smith in­ter­viewed hun­dreds of peo­ple in prepa­ra­tion for writ­ing the play, cre­at­ing eight char­ac­ters with unique per­spec­tives on Brown’s death. The play an­a­lyzes how a com­mu­nity heals and grows to­gether. The play runs through April 22 in the Stiemke Stu­dio, 108 E. Wells St., Mil­wau­kee.
