Antioxidants in pomegranate juice disarm paintriggering molecules in your body, while the vitamin C in hibiscus neutralizes any buildup of toxins in your joints that are adding to the ache. As for ginger? Its antiinflammatory compounds help numb pain!
1 tsp. culinary-grade dried hibiscus 1/4" piece fresh ginger, finely chopped 1/2 cinnamon stick 3 oz. pomegranate juice 8 oz. water 2 oz. vodka Fresh orange slices
✤ Add hibiscus, ginger, cinnamon, pomegranate and water to saucepan over medium heat. Bring to slow boil, then simmer 2 minutes. Remove from heat and steep 5 minutes. Strain mixture into large mug, then stir in vodka. Garnish with orange.
