Wellnessma­ma.com’s chia pudding is an ideal snack whether you’re dieting or not! Want extra hunger control? Just add protein powder!

Basic Chia Seed Pudding

❏ 2 cups coconut milk ❏ 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract ❏ 6-7 drops liquid stevia or 1/4 cup maple syrup ❏ 1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon (optional) ❏ 1 scoop plantbased protein powder, unflavored or vanilla (optional) ❏ 1/2 cup chia seeds

● In blender, blitz milk, vanilla, stevia, cinnamon and protein powder until smooth, 1-2 minutes. Whisk in the chia seeds until combined. Pour into a glass container, cover and refrigerat­e at least 4 hours to let gel. Makes 4 servings. Yummy variations: ● Creamy chocolate! Mix in 1/4 cup cocoa powder when blending. ● Fruity goodness! Add 1/2 cup fresh berries or banana when blending. ● Ch-ch-ch-chai! In addition to cinnamon, add a pinch of ground cardamom and cloves. ● PB&J! Add 3 Tbs. each nut butter and jelly when blending.
