Ease inflammation with Mulled Wine!

5 oz. red wine 1/2 Tbs. sugar 1 cinnamon stick 3 cloves
✤ Add all ingredients to saucepan over medium heat; bring to a simmer. Simmer 5 minutes, stirring until sugar dissolves. Remove from heat, then strain into large mug.
