1 cup milk 1/2 tsp. turmeric 1/2" piece fresh ginger, grated Pinch black pepper Honey, to taste

✤ Add milk, turmeric, ginger and pepper to saucepan over medium heat. Heat until mixture begins to bubble. Reduce heat; simmer 5 minutes, stirring occasional­ly. Remove from heat. Strain into a large mug. Add honey to taste; stir well.
