Kitchen Sink Blondies
Salty, crunchy and sweet— you get all that and more in these out-of-this-world bars filled with candy, potato chips, brown sugar and chocolate!
3 cups kettle-style potato chips
1 cup butter, at room temperature
1 1/4 cups packed light brown sugar
2 eggs
1 Tbs. vanilla extract
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. kosher salt
2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour 4 Snickers bars (1.86 oz. each), coarsely chopped
10 Oreo cookies, coarsely chopped
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup Heath Milk Chocolate Toffee Bits
1/4 cup caramel sauce
l Preheat oven to 350°F. Line 13"x9" baking pan with foil; coat generously with cooking spray. Spread chips evenly in bottom. l Beat butter and sugar on medium speed 2 minutes. Add eggs, vanilla, baking soda and salt; mix until smooth. On low, beat in flour. Add 3/4 of chopped Snickers and all of Oreos, chocolate chips and toffee bits. Stir in with spoon until combined. Do not over mix. l Carefully press mixture evenly into pan over potato chips. Try not to crush chips completely. Sprinkle with remaining chopped Snickers; press into top of dough. Drizzle caramel sauce evenly over. Bake 20-25 minutes until edges are set. Middle may seem slightly undercooked, this is okay. Cool before cutting.
