1 portobello mushroom cap, diced

1/4 tsp. garlic powder 1/8 tsp. sea salt 1/2 tsp. fresh thyme leaves 1 cup hot cooked brown rice

● In skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Add mushroom, garlic powder and salt; cook, stirring occasional­ly, until mushroom is tender and browned, 3-5 minutes. Add thyme; cook, stirring, 30 seconds. Serve over rice. Makes 1 serving.
