Berry Sundae
CANDY BOWL 1 small balloon, inflated
1 pkg. (12 oz.) white candy melts, 2 cups, melted
1 strawberry 1/4 cup pink sprinkles 1 Tbs. pink confetti sprinkles
SUNDAE 1 cup strawberry ice cream
1 cup vanilla ice cream 1 cup raspberry sorbet 1/4 cup raspberries Pink Necco wafers Whipped cream
Pink and red striped candy stick, optional

Bowl: Line baking sheet with wax paper. Brush bottom of the balloon with candy melts about 2 1/2" up side, as
shown. Place on baking sheet to set, 30 minutes. Dip strawberry into candy melts, letting excess drip off, then coat with sprinkles. Transfer to baking sheet to set. Remelt candy melts; brush candy bowl (on balloon) with candy again to coat.

Pop balloon and remove from candy bowl. Combine confetti and remaining sprinkles on plate. Remelt remaining candy melts. Brush melted candy in 3/4"-wide strip around top outside edge of candy bowl and gently roll in sprinkles mix; allow to set for at least 20 minutes.

Sundae: Scoop enough ice cream and sorbet into candy bowl to fill. Garnish with raspberries and Necco wafers. Top with whipped cream, sprinkles and strawberry. If desired, add candy stick.
