Honey BBQ Ranch Pork Chops

Marinated in a quick homemade BBQ sauce, these flavor-packed pork chops grill to perfection in just minutes!

BBQ SAUCE 3/4 cup ketchup 2 Tbs. packed light brown sugar 2 Tbs. honey 1 Tbs. Worcesters­hire sauce 1 Tbs. Dijon mustard 1 tsp. smoked paprika 1/2 tsp. garlic powder Freshly ground pepper, to taste

PORK CHOPS 4 (3/4"-1" thick) bone-in pork chops,

each about 8 oz., patted dry 1 pkg. (1 oz.) ranch seasoning and salad dressing mix 2 Tbs. chopped fresh parsley, optional ● BBQ sauce: In small bowl, whisk together ketchup, brown sugar, honey, Worcesters­hire, Dijon, paprika and garlic powder; season with pepper, to taste. Reserve 1/4 cup.

● Pork chops: Coat pork chops with ranch seasoning. In gallon-sized plastic food storage bag or large bowl, combine remaining BBQ sauce with pork chops; seal bag or cover bowl and marinate at least 1 hour to overnight, turning bag or turning chops in bowl occasional­ly. Drain marinade from pork chops.

● Preheat gas or charcoal grill, or place a grill pan over medium-high heat on stovetop. Add pork chops to grill or grill pan; cook, turning once and basting with reserved 1/4 cup marinade until meat thermomete­r inserted horizontal­ly into center of chop away from bone registers 145°F, 5-7 minutes per side.
