What’s the truth about “menstrual memory fog” ?

It’s a myth! Your menstrual cycle isn’t likely to dampen your memory or thinking skills at any point during the month, according to a new study published in the journal Frontiers in Behavioral Neuroscience.

Maybe it’s not IBS!

People diagnosed with IBS (irritable bowel syndrome) are four times more likely to actually have celiac disease, a sensitivity to the protein gluten found in wheat, barley and rye, which causes similar symptoms, reports the Archives of Internal Medicine. If you regularly experience constipation, diarrhea, bloating or fatigue, ask your doctor to test you for the condition.
