Baby your hands with a three-minute massage!

Soothe sore hands and wrists— like they do at the spa—with this fast, effective massage: Start by flexing your wrists up and down three times to loosen up the muscles. Next, place your right thumb in the center of your left palm. With firm pressure, glide your thumb upward toward the base of each finger, one at a time. With your right thumb and forefinger, gently squeeze each finger on your left hand from the base up to the nail. Finish by massaging the web of skin between your left thumb and forefinger using your right thumb and forefinger. Repeat on the opposite hand.
