Relax and soften sore hands with a Milk and Honey Soak!
This soothing soak, one of Cox’s favorites, pulls double duty: The warm water relaxes tense muscles, while “the lactic acid in milk is known for its skin-softening abilities,” Cox explains. “Plus, honey is one of nature’s best humectants, which means it attracts and retains moisture so hands feel soft again!”
16 oz. whole milk 8 oz. warm water 1 Tbs. honey 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract (optional)
✤ Add all ingredients to bowl; mix well. Soak hands 15 minutes; rinse with cool water. Follow with a scrub, if desired.
