Red Velvet Martinis

In bowl, whisk 1 env. (.73 oz.) hot cocoa mix with 1/4 cup half-andhalf until smooth. Add 1/2 cup vanilla vodka and 1/4 cup crème de cacao. If desired, tint with tiny amount of red food coloring. Fill cocktail shaker with 1 cup ice cubes and cocoa mixture. Cover; shake vigorously. Strain into 2 glasses; top each with 2 Tbs. seltzer. If desired, garnish with candy sticks. Makes 2 servings.
