Feel merrier with Cranberry-orange Delight Tea!
This delicate brew is an instant pick-me-up, thanks to white tea, which is rich in L-theanine, a compound that releases your brain’s own feel-good hormones, dopamine and serotonin. What’s more, brewing it with vitamin C-rich cranberries and oranges tamps down stress hormones, so you feel calmer and merrier!
❏ 16 oz. water
❏ 2 tsp. dried cranberries
❏ 2" long fresh orange peel
❏ Pinch grated ginger
❏ 1 bag white tea
❏ 1 tsp. white sprinkles
✤ Simmer water in saucepan. Remove from heat; stir in cranberries, orange and ginger. Let sit 5 minutes. Add tea; steep 4 minutes. Strain into large mug and top with sprinkles.
