Bourbon Punch
Pretty, sweet and bubbly! “You can add frozen berries to keep your punch chilled without watering it down,” suggests Sandra 2 cups bourbon 1 can (12 oz.) frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed, undiluted 1 can (6 oz.) frozen cranberry juice cocktail concentrate, thawed, undiluted 1 btle. (2 liter) chilled ginger ale 2 btles. (10 oz. each) chilled club soda Lemon slices and mint leaves Ice
In large pitcher, combine bourbon, lemonade concentrate and cranberry juice cocktail concentrate; cover and refrigerate until chilled, about 1 hour, or overnight.
Just before serving, pour into large bowl; add ginger ale and club soda. If desired, garnish with lemon slices and mint. Serve over ice. Makes 4 qts.
