Cranberry-dijon Baked Ham

“Basting with cranberry sauce, mustard and maple syrup keeps ham melt-in-your-mouth moist— and makes it taste like Christmas!” 1 bone-in smoked ham, 8-10 lbs., such as Smithfield Whole cloves 1 can (8 oz.) cranberry sauce, Ocean Spray 1/3 cup Dijon mustard 1/4 cup maple syrup Greens, fresh thyme and rosemary sprigs and cranberrie­s, optional

Preheat oven to 350°F. Line roasting pan with foil. Using sharp knife, remove skin and excess fat from ham. Score fat on ham in diamond pattern; insert clove into center of each diamond shape. Place ham in pan, scored side up. In medium bowl, stir together cranberry sauce, mustard and maple syrup. Pour over ham. Bake 30 minutes, basting once. Cover ham with heavy- duty foil. Bake 1 1/2 hours, basting occasional­ly. Let stand 30 minutes before carving. If desired, garnish with greens, rosemary, thyme and cranberrie­s. Makes 8-10 servings.
