In small pot, combine half-and-half, milk, chocolate chips and ground cinnamon. Over medium heat, cook, stirring often until chocolate is melted and mixture is smooth, about 5 minutes. Be careful not to let boil.

Remove from heat and pour into mug. Add a shot of vanilla vodka or hazelnut liqueur and top with mini marshmallows, if you like. Makes 2 servings.
