Whether you’re looking for dresses, suits or comfy clothes to relax in, there are new, easy ways to save on all your wardrobe purchases!

1 Check out ebay—again!

Been awhile since you shopped for clothes on ebay? Here’s a good reason to go back: After a slump in sales over the last couple of years, ebay is rebounding with a 12% increase in sales—thanks in large part to more sellers who offer never-worn namebrand clothing at a fraction of their original price! What’s more, they’re sold at “buy it now” prices, which means no bidding, then waiting days to find out if you won. To start shopping, click “Fashion” in the top menu at ebay.com.

2 Try “private labels”!

If you love the savings you get with store brands at supermarkets, great news: You can get major savings with such “private labels” on clothing, too! Some stores have had their own private brands for years, including J.C. Penney (such as Arizona and St. John’s Bay), Macy’s (I.N.C. and Style&co.) and Costco (Kirkland Signature). And they’ve been such a hit, more stores are now offering their own private labels, such as Target (Universal Thread and Cat & Jack) and Walmart (George, Terra & Sky, Time and Tru and Wonder Nation), with durable, high-quality styles that sell for far less than name brands.

3 Visit Amazon.com!

Not only does Amazon offer bargains on major brands, you can save with their own fashion lines (such as Lark & Ro and Daily Ritual), which you can find by selecting “our brands” in the Amazon Fashion menu. Have Amazon Prime? You’re in luck! Amazon recently launched a new program, Prime Wardrobe, that allows you to order clothing, shoes and accessories without paying first so you can try before you buy. Once you receive the items, you pay only for what you like, then return the rest— and both shipping and returns are free! Sign up for it at Amazon.com/pw-learnmore.

4 Get online sales alerts!

Forget scouring websites for the latest clothing markdowns—there’s an easier solution: Sign up for free alerts from Shopittome.com and Shopstyle.com. Simply search for items you want and “like” them, then the website will send you e-mails when their prices drop at major online retailers! (Tip: After you get an alert, visit Retailmenot.com to search for coupons for the retailers offering sales to see if you can double your savings!)
