Unicorn Doughnut Cake

Kids will go nuts for this glittery creation made with cream cheese, whipped cream and doughnuts!

1 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream 1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened 1 cup sugar 1 tsp. vanilla extract Purple, blue and pink gel food colors 6 cake doughnuts, cut horizontal­ly in half 3 Tbs. star decorating décors 2 tsp. white edible glitter

Line 9"×5" loaf pan with plastic wrap, allowing wrap to extend over edges

In large chilled bowl, beat whipping cream with electric mixer on low speed until cream begins to thicken. Gradually increase speed to high; beat just until stiff peaks form. Set aside. In another large bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar and vanilla on medium speed 1-2 minutes or until smooth and creamy.

Fold whipped cream into cream cheese mixture until well blended. Divide cream cheese mixture evenly among 3 bowls, about 1 1/2 cups each. Using food colors, tint batter in 1 bowl purple, 1 bowl blue and 1 bowl pink.

Place 3 doughnut halves cut side up in bottom of loaf pan. Cut fourth doughnut half into pieces, to fit in pan. Spread purple cream evenly over doughnuts. Sprinkle with 1 Tbs. star décors. Repeat with 4 doughnut halves, blue cream and 1 Tbs. star decors. Top with remaining 4 doughnut halves, pink cream and remaining star decors. Sprinkle with edible glitter. Cover; refrigerat­e at least 8 hours up to 48 hours.
