Pizza Cake

1 box Betty Crocker™ Super Moist™ yellow cake mix Water, oil and eggs called for on cake mix box 2 cups confection­ers’ sugar 1/4 cup butter, softened 3- 4 Tbs. milk 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract Red gel food coloring 3 oz. white chocolate baking bar 8 large red gumdrops 1 large green gumdrop 5 black jellybeans, cut in half

Preheat oven to 350°F (325°F for dark or nonstick pans). Coat 12" round pan with cooking spray; line bottom of pan with parchment paper. Make cake mix as directed on box using water, oil and eggs. Pour batter into pan. Bake 22-24 minutes or until toothpick inserted into center comes out clean. Cool in pan 5 minutes; remove from pan to cooling rack. Cool completely, about 1 hour.

If necessary, using serrated knife, cut rounded top off cake to make level surface. Place cake, cut side down, on large platter or cake plate. In small bowl, beat sugar and butter with mixer on low speed until blended. Stir in 1 Tbs. milk and vanilla. Gradually beat in just enough remaining milk to make frosting smooth and spreadable. Add food coloring; beat until well blended and desired color. Spread frosting on cake top, leaving 1/2" border around edge of cake.

With vegetable peeler, make shavings from white chocolate bar. Sprinkle over frosting. With rolling pin, roll out red gumdrops. Use 2" round biscuit cutter to cut rounds out of gumdrops to resemble pepperoni. Place on cake. Roll out green gumdrop; cut into thin strips to resemble green peppers. Place on pizza cake. Place jellybean halves on pizza cake to resemble black olives. Makes 16 servings.
