Actor and comedian Steve Carell was born in Concord, Massachusetts, in 1962. Before becoming one of Hollywood’s most in- demand funnymen, Carell planned on going to law school. However, when it came time to fill out the application, he found he couldn’t answer the question, “Why do you want to be a lawyer?” and decided to pursue acting instead!

The Disney television movie High School Musical 2 premiered in 2007— and drew an audience of 17.6 million viewers, making it not only the highest Disney Channel Original Movie in history but also the highest in cable history!
