OPTION 1 Keto Coffee: Brew 8-12 oz. hot coffee and stir in a splash
of heavy cream, up to 2 Tbs.
MCT oil (start with just 2 tsp. and increase gradually to avoid digestive upset) and optional ketofriendly sweetener like stevia or Swerve
OPTION 2 Nicole’s Easy Keto Shake: Stir
up to 1 Tbs. each heavy cream and MCT oil into any ready-made low- carb shake
OPTION 3 Lisa’s Easy Keto Shake: In blender,
blitz 1-2 cups coconut milk (like Califia Farms toasted coconut almond milk), 1 diced avocado and splash vanilla extract Pop a fat bomb! Melt 9 oz. Lily’s sugar-free chocolate chips, 4 Tbs. coconut oil and 1/2 tsp. vanilla. Mix well and pour into candy mold or 15 mini muffin cups. Dust with sea salt. Freeze 20 minutes, then store in fridge. Enjoy any time hunger strikes.
