White Chocolate Macadamia Nut Pie

White chocolate and macadamia nuts pair perfectly together— especially in this pie that tastes like a giant chocolate chip cookie! 1/2 flour cup all-purpose 1/2 cup granulated sugar 1/2 cup packed brown sugar Dash salt 1/2 cup butter, at room temperatur­e 2 eggs 1 tsp. vanilla extract 1/2 tsp. almond extract 1 cup white chocolate chips 1 cup chopped macadamia nuts 1 (9") baked Pastry Pie Crust, recipe below

Additional white chocolate chips, melted, optional Whipped cream, optional Additional chopped macadamia nuts, optional

l Preheat oven to 325°F. In large bowl, mix flour, granulated and brown sugars and salt. On low speed, beat in butter, eggs, vanilla and almond extract. With spoon, stir in chocolate chips and macadamia nuts. Pour into pie crust. Bake 45- 60 minutes or until set in center. Cool completely, If desired, drizzle pie with melted white chocolate and top with whipped cream and nuts.

l For mini pies, as shown, divide 1 dough disk into 4 pieces. Roll each piece out to fit 4 (5") pie pans. Fit dough into pans; trim and flute edge. Bake at 400°F for 5 minutes or until golden.
