Greek Turkey Burgers

Give burgers an easy Mediterran­ean makeover—just mix feta and onion right into ground turkey, grill and top with an herbed yogurt sauce!

1 cont. (6 oz.) plain Greekstyle yogurt

1 1/2 tsp. Lawry’s® Mediterran­ean Herb Seasoned Salt

1 lb. ground turkey 2 Tbs. crumbled feta cheese 2 Tbs. finely chopped red onion 4 whole-wheat hamburger rolls 1 small red onion, thinly sliced

1 small cucumber, thinly sliced

● Prepare grill over medium direct-heat cooking or position rack so that top of burgers on pan will be 4" from broiler, then preheat broiler. Mix yogurt and 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt in small bowl. Cover. Refrigerat­e until ready to serve.

● Mix ground turkey, feta cheese, chopped red onion and remaining 1 tsp. seasoned salt in medium bowl until well blended. Shape into 4 patties.

● Grill or broil burgers 4- 6 minutes per side or until burgers are cooked through and no longer pink inside (instant read thermomete­r should register 165°F when inserted into center of burgers). Lightly toast rolls on grill or under broiler. Serve burgers on rolls topped with yogurt mixture, red onion and cucumber slices. Servings: 4. Cals.: 322. Protein: 35 g. Fat: 10 g. (4 g. saturated).
