“Angels are always here for us!”

When Woman’s World reader Marilyn Russell of Ocala, Florida, needed help finding her husband’s wallet, she asked the angels for assistance, and they didn’t let her down! She writes:

“The angels saved me from a frustrating, time-consuming, ordeal,” Marilyn marvels

Awhile back, my husband lost his wallet. We searched high and low but never found it. So we had to replace everything—his driver’s license, debit and credit cards, as well as his Medicare and secondary insurance cards. It was a time-consuming nightmare.

So, when we recently headed out to the supermarket and he asked me if I had his wallet, my heart sank. Oh no, not again! I thought, as we began a new search.

We turned the house upside down, but we didn’t find his wallet anywhere.

“I guess we better start making calls,” I sighed. Then, suddenly, I remembered some of the stories I’d read in the “My Guardian Angel” column of Woman’s World about readers who had asked the angels to help them find lost items. The angels had always come through for them.

So I sat down on the sofa, closed my eyes and prayed, God, please, send your angels to help us find that wallet.

“What are you doing?” my husband asked. “I’m praying for the angels to help us find your missing wallet,” I replied. He looked skeptical. “Well, in the meantime, we may as well go replace my driver’s license,” he said. “You can pray on the way.”

I rose from the sofa with a long sigh and reluctantly got ready to accompany my husband to the DMV. I knew there would be a long line, and we’d be stuck there most of the morning.

As we headed to the car, I once again asked the angels to help us. To my surprise, when I opened the car door, there was his wallet sitting right in the middle of the passenger seat! I have no idea how it got there because when we’d gone out the day before, I’d sat in that seat and there was no wallet there! And neither of us had gone to the car since. No doubt, the angels placed my husband’s wallet there so we could easily find it. Their intervention saved us from so much aggravation that I broke down right there and cried tears of relief!

Since then, I’ve asked the angels for help on other matters—big and small— and they have never let me down.

What an incredible relief it is to know that the angels are always here to help us . . . all we have to do is ask!
