❏ 1/2 cup dried dates, pitted ❏ 1/2 cup dried cranberrie­s ❏ 1 1/2 cups chopped walnuts ❏ 1 Tbs. chia seeds

✤ Blitz dates and cranberrie­s in blender until smooth; add small amount of water until mixture is slightly sticky. Add walnuts and chia seeds; pulse to combine. Roll into 1" balls. Enjoy 2-3 per day. Refrigerat­e in lidded container up to one week. Makes 12 balls.
