Enjoy the romance of a Greek Island paradise!

Woman's World - - Start your week with a smile! -

Surrounded by the crystalline waters of the Aegean Sea, Greece’s smaller islands are overflowing with natural wonders. See yourself lounging on one of 70 spectacular beaches on Milos, a volcanic isle where the flow of lava has left stunning white-rock formations and the entire landscape is dotted with white-washed villages. To really get away from it all, head to Symi, an Italian-inspired atoll whose waterfront is ringed by pastel-colored homes, backdropped by mountain peaks. Or travel to remote Kastellorizo near the Turkish border, a forgotten land of neoclassical seaside houses. Spend a day visiting quaint churches and monasteries on Patmos, dubbed the Holy Island. Imagine anchoring a yacht in the harbor of Shipwreck Beach, snorkeling right off the back of the boat in Zakynthos’ sapphire waters. Pure bliss!

Admire the view from the kastro (castle) perched on the highest hilltop on Milos—from here, you can take in the entire island! The Blue Grotto in Kastellorizo dazzles with its brilliant color—inside the cave, sunlight is refracted through the water to turn the sea a bright turquoise. Marvel at the iconic windmills on the island of Patmos—dedicated to a local abbey in 1588, they were recently restored to working order!
