Noelle lost 233 lbs!

Dur­ing a 2016 trip to the zoo, Noelle Daw­son’s five kids—then ages 3 to 11—“had to sit and wait for me every 10 min­utes as I caught my breath and rested,” she re­calls. “My hus­band and I adopted our four old­est to give them a bet­ter life, and I was like an an­chor hold­ing them back.” She vowed to change—de­spite 20 years of failed di­ets. Her cousin told her about Op­’s meal re­place­ments, and with lit­tle meal plan­ning or prep to worry about, “I had more en­ergy to fo­cus on be­ing ac­tive,” she shares. Early on, “I was re­ally just try­ing to go around the block.” But as weight poured off—100 pounds in four months!—she got into a reg­u­lar rou­tine, walk­ing on most days. “That’s all I did for 11 months, and I lost 200 pounds!” To­day, she’s 233 pounds slim­mer.
