Make time for fun
“It’s self, so especially important to to perk do you something up when for you’re yourhaving a bad day,” Peggy says. “For me, that’s playing mahjong. I play at least once a week, even twice sometimes. Whatever your activity is, it’s so key to find something you love that’s relaxing. I also enjoy reading and walking. I think keeping a positive attitude and finding an activity you truly enjoy are easy ways to care for yourself!”
