Give left­over pump­kin pie a de­li­cious makeover by turn­ing it into a dessert par­fait! A fun con­coc­tion cre­ated by the Woman’s World test kitchen: Scoop 1⁄ cup of pie fill­ing out of the 4 crust and place in the bot­tom of a glass. Add 2 Tbs. of crushed gra­ham crack­ers, then top with a scoop of vanilla yo­gurt or ice cream. Layer 2 Tbs. of gra­ham crack­ers and 1⁄ cup 4 of pie fill­ing on top. Gar­nish with whipped cream, nuts and nut­meg, then dig in! Other per­fect par­fait ideas: Layer vanilla or choco­late pud­ding or ice cream with cookie pieces, peanut but­ter cups, mini marsh­mal­lows and caramel.
