Give leftover pumpkin pie a delicious makeover by turning it into a dessert parfait! A fun concoction created by the Woman’s World test kitchen: Scoop 1⁄ cup of pie filling out of the 4 crust and place in the bottom of a glass. Add 2 Tbs. of crushed graham crackers, then top with a scoop of vanilla yogurt or ice cream. Layer 2 Tbs. of graham crackers and 1⁄ cup 4 of pie filling on top. Garnish with whipped cream, nuts and nutmeg, then dig in! Other perfect parfait ideas: Layer vanilla or chocolate pudding or ice cream with cookie pieces, peanut butter cups, mini marshmallows and caramel.
