Sausage-cornbread Stuffing

No one will ever guess that this easy savory side starts with a package of cornbread stuffing mix

Italian sausage, casings removed 1 large onion, chopped 3 ribs celery, chopped 1⁄ tsp. dried rosemary, 2 crushed 1 (6 oz.) pkg. cornbread stuffing mix 2 Tbs. chopped fresh parsley In pot over medium heat, melt 2 Tbs. butter. Crumble in sausage; cook until browned, 5 min., stirring. Add onions, celery and rosemary; cook until sausage is cooked through, 5 min., stirring. remaining Add 11⁄ 2 cups butter. water Bring and to a boil; stir in stuffing. Cover; remove from heat. Let stand 5 min. Fluff with fork; stir in parsley. Transfer to serving dish. Cover; if necessary, reheat in microwave. Servings: 8. Kitchen time: 20 min. Total time: 35 min.
