Ital­ian sausage, cas­ings re­moved 1 large onion, chopped 3 ribs cel­ery, chopped 1⁄ tsp. dried rose­mary, 2 crushed 1 (6 oz.) pkg. corn­bread stuff­ing mix 2 Tbs. chopped fresh pars­ley In pot over medium heat, melt 2 Tbs. but­ter. Crum­ble in sausage; cook un­til browned, 5 min., stir­ring. Add onions, cel­ery and rose­mary; cook un­til sausage is cooked through, 5 min., stir­ring. re­main­ing Add 11⁄ 2 cups but­ter. wa­ter Bring and to a boil; stir in stuff­ing. Cover; re­move from heat. Let stand 5 min. Fluff with fork; stir in pars­ley. Trans­fer to serv­ing dish. Cover; if nec­es­sary, re­heat in mi­crowave. Serv­ings: 8. Kitchen time: 20 min.
