Dip a striper brush into red polish and use it to swipe two thick, diagonal stripes across the nail. 3 Once dry, clean the striper brush with polish remover, then dip it into the green polish and draw a thin line through the middle of each white stripe. Let dry, then seal with a clear top coat. 1 Sparkle- dotted trees Paint on two coats of white polish and let dry. 2 Dip a striper brush into red polish and draw a star near the cuticle at the base of the nail. 3 Dip various-sized dotting tools into the different green polishes; dot them on in a triangular tree shape. Let dry; seal with a clear top coat.
