Easy as 1,2,3!
1 Heat oven to 350°F. Line 9" round cake pan with enough foil to overhang side by 2"; coat with cooking spray. In pot, combine butter and unsweetened chocolate; over low heat, cook until melted and smooth, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat.
2 Stir in sugar, eggs, flour, vanilla and salt; cool 20 min. Stir in mini chips. Spread in pan.
Bake 30−35 min. or until toothpick inserted into center comes out with moist crumbs clinging. Cool 30 min. Transfer from pan to rack; cool.
3 Remove from pan; discard foil. Cut into 8 wedges. Insert 1 straw into each wedge. Decorate with icing and sprinkles.
