Chicken soup works better than cold meds!

1 Tbs. olive oil 1 carrot, sliced 4 oz. sliced mushrooms 1 clove garlic, chopped 4 cups chicken stock 2 cups shredded rotisserie chicken 1⁄ 2 lb. wide noodles 1 Heat oil in pot over medium heat. Add vegetables and garlic; cook 8 min. or until veggies are softened, stirring often. 2 Increase heat to medium-high. Add stock and chicken; bring to a boil. Add noodles; simmer until cooked through, 8 min. Season with salt and pepper.
